Available Industrial Land

     Yellville has an industrial park of about 25 acres owned by the Yellville Industrial Development Corporation with three industries and a county office building. Eleven acres are currently available in the park in three lots and one partial lot. Utilities are available to the park. The park has state highway frontage and immediate access to US Hwy 62/412.
